How To Register To Vote In Pennsylvania
Today is National Voter Registration Day. It’s also only 2 weeks until the October 9th deadline to be registered to vote in Pennsylvania in order to participate in the November 6th election.
For PA residents, if you’re a citizen (or become one up to 30 days before the election), a resident of PA and your voting district for 30 days before the election, and you’ll be 18 years of age on November 6th ~~ if you’re NOT registered to vote, go to this link and fill out the application.
If you’re a citizen and have no intention of voting, you probably ought to move out of the country. However, if you DO show up, even if you haven’t voted in a while, election workers like me will treat you like the prodigal son (or daughter). No fatted calf, but we do give out “I Voted” stickers. Come early and we'll still be smiling.
If you’re not sure if you’re registered, or if you’ve moved and need to update your registration, go to this link.
See you at the polls in November.
